This Easy Acai Bowl Will Take Your Breakfast Game to the Next Level


If you’re bored with your same old smoothie, whip up this acai bowl next time you bust out your blender. (We swear it tastes as good as it looks.)

The recipe couldn’t be easier: Just throw a half-cup of frozen mixed berries into a blender. Then follow it up with a quarter-cup of hemp seeds (which are a great source of lean protein!), half a banana, a half-cup of mango, a quarter-cup of coconut water, and two unsweetened frozen acai packs. (Pro tip: Use unsweetened acai to make sure the only sugar you’re consuming is the natural stuff found in fruit.)
