Olivia, 68, postponed the first half of her tour two weeks ago due to back pain that she thought was sciatica. But further tests discovered it was actually cancer that spread to her back.

According to her Facebook post, Olivia will undergo “natural wellness therapies” as well as a short course of photon radiation therapy as part of her treatment. Her reps say she is “confident” that she’ll be back to perform later in the year.

“I decided on my direction of therapies after consultation with my doctors and natural therapists and the medical team at my Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre in Melbourne, Australia,” Olivia said in the press release.

A source close to Olivia told People that the singer, who also battled breast cancer in 1992, plans to be performing again in August. Olivia has been touring to support her new album, LIV On, which is a collection of songs about moving beyond trauma.
