In not-so-shocking news, a man’s ideal day would involve having sex for over four hours, according to a recent survey by Unilever UK.

The survey asked British men how long they would devote to various tasks on an ideal day, according to The Daily Mail. Here’s what the epic 24-hour period would look like: four hours and 19 minutes having sex, three hours and 36 minutes working, three hours and 22 minutes hanging out with friends and family, two hours and 38 minutes eating and drinking, and a mere 29 minutes grooming (which is way less than most women spend getting ready). The rest of the time? They’d be sleeping.
