This might be the best video we’ve ever seen. It all started when YouTube personality and fitness guru Davey Wavey posted an ad on Craigslist looking for women who had never really seen their vaginas before. We know, it sounds creepy at first, but his goal was surprisingly sincere: to help women face their vagina fears and learn to love and accept their bodies. 

The women he recruited hadn’t taken a good look below the belt for a variety of reasons. While some of them attributed it to weight or body image concerns, others had been scarred by tragic experiences including rape or emotional abuse from a previous partner. Whatever their reason for looking the other way, these women were all ready to get up close and personal in the vagina booth.

When they finally took a peek, they were pleasantly surprised. There was giggling, smiling, and even an “Aww.” One woman said, “She looks really happy.” (That’s because she is!) Another compared hers to an apple turnover (hey, we’ll take it!). All in all, the reactions were positive, and the women seemed relieved and empowered after the experience.
