Two putrescent with bird influenza in southwest China

BEIJING (Reuters) – Two people in southwest China have tested certain for a H5N1 bird influenza pathogen and are critically ill, state news group Xinhua pronounced on Sunday, citing a Chinese health ministry.

A 21-year-old lady and 31-year-old male in Guiyang had tested certain for a rarely pathogenic H5N1 pathogen on Sunday after building symptoms on Feb 2 and Feb 3 respectively, Xinhua cited health authorities as saying.

“They are in vicious condition and medical workers are carrying out puncture treatment,” a health method was quoted as saying. “No epidemiological connectors have been found between a dual cases.”

Millions of Chinese are now travelling in swarming buses and trains opposite a nation to applaud a Lunar New Year, lifting a risk of a widespread of spreading diseases.

The H5N1 pathogen has putrescent some-more than 600 people given it was initial rescued in Hong Kong in 1997 and is customarily fatal.
