A gruesome video shows a man having a huge cyst cut out of the bridge of his nose.
American dermatologist Dr Nick recorded revolting footage of him coaxing the liquid lump out of the unnamed patient’s face.
Accompanied by some thumping music, the doctor uses a laser to burn a hole in the skin, allowing the cyst to be dragged out.
Since being uploaded to YouTube it has amassed almost 30,000 views.
The video sees a fully-grown man having undergone surgery to remove the large cyst which formed at the top of his nose, just underneath his eyes.
Using medical equipment to grip the lump, Dr Nick burns a hole in the skin with a laser.
As he squeezes the lump, white fluid sprays out and the cyst emerges.
After undergoing numerous attempts to lure the fluid out, he resorts to other medical equipment.
The doctor uses tweezers to pull out the rest of the cyst from the skin, leaving the patient with a gaping hole at the top of his nose.

The man can be seen in pain after having the bump removed, with his eyes flickering non-stop.
Dr Anjali Mahto, consultant dermatologist and spokesperson for British Skin Foundation spokesperson told MailOnline the man was suffering from an epidermoid or pilar cyst.
These are benign growth commonly found in the skin, typically appearing on the face, neck or trunk, but can occur anywhere on the body.

These cysts occur when the cells of the epidermis – the outer layer of the skin – reproduce too quickly and mount up.
This creates a sac – a bag – filled with fluid.
The fluid is made of macerated skin cells which create a paste – and can smell pungent.
They usually have no symptoms and are typically harmless – with people seeking removal because they don’t like their appearance.
Or, the cysts can become ruptured or inflamed.
Dr Mahto said removing the cyst using a laser was an unorthodox approach.
‘Generally these are removed by surgery not laser,’ she said.
