This is the disgusting moment a man’s cyst was burnt open – only to leave an endless stream of stringy cheese-like goo pouring from his skin.
Never-ending supplies of neon yellow liquid can be seen spurting out of the sebaceous cyst on the back of the man’s neck.
The unnamed man was left with a bright red neck after treatment, suggesting he suffered excruciating pain.
He underwent the stomach-churning procedure at Australian YouTube sensation Dr GuruS2‘s clinic.
The gruesome extraction began with the doctor using a laser to apply heat to the cyst to open it up.
Viewers can clearly see smoke coming off of his neck as a result of the burning from the laser, in an attempt to remove the sizeable lump.
Shortly after the doctor burnt a hole in the cyst, liquid started to file out of the small opening.
Squeezing the cyst firmly on each side, an endless stream of what can only be described as silly string squirted its way out.

But the doctor wasn’t to be stopped in his tracks here.
Another tight grip pushed out even more of the revolting liquid, with some even being caught in his hair.
Despite wiping all of the disgusting fluid away, the doctor kept firmly squeezing the cyst to release more and more of the build-up.
It appeared most of the cyst had been removed, but the doctor knew best and made another squeeze.

The doctor eventually gave up after spending five minutes attempting to remove all of the cyst as blood started to appear.
Despite being in clear pain, the man’s cyst was completely popped and removed from his skin.
Sebaceous cysts are caused from when dead skin and oil builds up and blocks a hair follicle or oil gland, creating a tender lump.
A bag – called a sac – then forms around the mashed up cells, and it can continue to grow bigger as the skin regenerates itself – causing a raised lump.
The cysts can run in families and aren’t harmful, but occasionally can become infected.
