For their third child, Kim Kardashian West and her husband Kanye West have sought the help of a surrogate. Early in September, there were rumors of this, and Kim, who has been very open about her interest in surrogacy, finally confirmed she and Kanye were expecting in a preview for the new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians in September. “What happens every time I say, ‘Guess what?'” Kim asks Khloe. “The person’s pregnant?” Khloe replies, before Kim excitedly tells her: “We’re having a baby!
The couple’s third child will be born in January via a California-based surrogate, who TMZ reports is being paid $45,000 for the job. Neither Kim nor Kanye have commented on the gender of the child who will join North, 4, and Saint, 1.

Kylie Jenner
On September 22, news broke that 20-year-old Kylie was pregnant with her boyfriend Travis Scott’s child. The rapper and cosmetics mogul, who have been dating since the spring, are said to be due in February with a girl. At the time, People Magazine said that the pregnancy was “unexpected.”
Kylie has yet to confirm the pregnancy and has only let her Instagram speak for her. Since the news came out, she has kept most posts to her business endeavors, including her lip kits, but did post a photo for her BFF Jordyn Woods’ birthday, where she pulls up her shirt to show a bit of her bare belly.

But her silence doesn’t mean she’s not prepping for her firstborn. As she mostly keeps a low profile in her home, Kylie has been “shopping like crazy,” buying clothes for her baby girl, according to People.

Khloe Kardashian
On September 26, numerous outlets reported that Khloe, 33, was expecting her first child with her boyfriend, basketball player Tristan Thompson. Before they conceived, Khloe and Tristan had talked about having kids. On the season 13 finale of her family’s show, she said, “He wants to have about five or six kids with me and that’s lovely… We could start at one and we could grow from there. But now knowing I’m not on birth control is scary. It’s like a really big step.”
In the past year, Khloe has been splitting her time between her home in Los Angeles and Tristan’s in Cleveland. According to People Magazine, the couple is looking for their first home together, where they can raise their baby.
Khloe has still not confirmed her pregnancy publicly, although fans have been trying to find hints on her Instagram. In June, likely when she got pregnant, she threw a surprise party for Tristan and posted photos captioning them “Dad + Mom.” However, TMZ reported that they had no idea they were pregnant yet, and tthat hose are just nicknames they use for one another.
Khloe is reportedly three months along and the gender is currently publicly unknown.
