On Wednesday evening, the Grammy winner shared a photo from what looks like the workout session from hell — welcome to 2016, ladies and gents — in preparation for her upcoming world tour (yeah, the one you couldn’t get tickets to).

Adele has already gone on record about her distaste for social media, so when she does post something, we stop, drop and retweet.

She captioned the photo (which FYI now doubles as our new bedroom wallpaper) as “getting ready…”. The pic catches her mid-workout, perfectly capturing how we all feel about going to the gym #notintoit.
